Research Link Exercise to Increased Energy

Researchers at the University of Georgia studies whether exercise can be used to treat fatigue and found that indeed it has a postive effect. Regular, low-intensity exercise may boost energy levels in those sufferring from fatique which is one of the most common health symptoms symptoms. One in four people suffer from fatique unrelated to a serious medical condition.
